EU Targets Belize, Cambodia, Guinea-Conakry

ISROC Under Fire

The International Ship Registry of Cambodia (ISROC), the South Korea based private company which has administered the Cambonian fleet since 2003, has come into questioning resulting from its non-enforcement of international standards.
